2. In cases of double payments done (e.g., the tenant accidentally submits a payment twice), the tenant should contact the landlord or property management for resolution. Refunds may be issued by the FASTag Payment.
3. In cases of failed payments then refund may issued by the platform.
4. Platform-Specific Refund Policies: If you're using a third-party online payment platform each platform will have its own specific refund policies and processing times. Refunds may be issued directly through the platform and can take a few business days to process, depending on the payment method used. For example, credit card refunds might take longer than bank account refunds.
